Crown’s experienced staff has developed relationships with the major shipping companies like FEDEX, UPS, and Conway which allows for quick response to customer order tracking inquiries. The company is currently installing software to allow for “real time” order tracking for all of its shipments without interfacing with individual shipping companies. This new system will allow customers to know where they stand in the delivery chain from shipment to delivery. For all ground shipments less than 150lbs UPS and FEDEX are used unless DHL is requested. For freight shipments Crown will issue the customer a pro number so the customer can contact the carrier and set up a delivery time or just to simply find out the delivery time.
