Returns & Cancellations
Customers can only cancel an order for scheduled standard products with Nassau National Cable. Customers can not cancel their orders, nor can they reschedule after delivery.
All buyers must notify Nassau National Cable within 30 days from actual date of shipment in such cases of defect, for all returns. If Nassau National Cable agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by customer unless the product purchased is not received.
Nassau National Cable does accept returns, although it also can depend on case by case scenarios. There are no returns to the manufacturer if it’s a custom order direct from the manufacturer or a cut to length, paralleled, or triplexed order.
