SRML Tinned Copper 600v High Temperature Motor Lead Wire
This Lead Wire is designed to withstand high temperatures and this is why it is insulated with silicone rubber and jacketed with a fiberglass braid. It serves up to 600 voltages at 200 degrees Celsius.
Type SRML Lead Wire measures 8 AWG through 6 AWG. It is made of tinned copper conductors which are stranded for optimum performance. Copper has good thermal and electrical transmission properties.
a) UL Style 3231, 3069, 3070, 3127
b) ASTM B3 and B8
c) IEEE Flame Test 4
• Insulation and jacketing
High temperature conditions demands for proper insulated SRML Thermocouple Wire, which is insulated with silicone rubber to withstand high heat of up to 200 degrees Celsius. It is flame retardant and semiconducting thus keeping the user safe from electrocution. Silicone rubber is moisture resistant and flexible enough to withstand bending. The cable is jacketed with a braided fiberglass which enhances the performance of this cable when subjected to high temperatures.
SRML is a preferred choice for both wet and dry wiring locations. This is because it can operate in high temperatures of up to 200 degrees Celsius. It is used in motor engines, industries, heating chambers and steel plants.
