Alpha Wire Coaxial Braid 1 Coax 5200V Manhattan Electrical Coaxial cable
Alpha wire coaxial cable can support heavy duty applications of up to 5200 volts. It can transmit large amounts of signals in a short period of time. They use FEP dielectrics so as to achieve low capacitance, high velocities of propagation and tight tolerances to achieve maximum signal integrity and high quality signals.
Its conductors are made of copper plated steel wire. Copper is the most preferred material due to its amazing electrical properties. It is also flexible due to its stranding hence very easy to work with and transport. Furthermore it is durable and can last you a lifetime without constant replacement and maintenance costs.
The insulation is a vital part in any electrical cable. It ensures maximum safety and protection to the conductor. The insulation used is a thermoplastic material polyethylene. This material is resistant to moisture, sunlight, flames and impact.
To protect the conductor from electromagnetic interference a braided copper wire is used. This material is also tough and resistant to mechanical damage.
The jacket is made from PVC. PVC is resistant to flames, abrasion, corrosion, oils, acids, alkalis, chemicals, moisture, radiation and industrial solvents.
