Applications:

Lütze cable is an electrical wire used as a connection cable motor or motor/brake for frequency converters and SEVO drives in plant and machine construction, transport and conveyor technology. It is suitable for c-tracks, industrial environments, aggressive coolants and lubricants. The temperature range for the fixed installation of this electrical cable is -40°C to +80°C, and the voltage is 600/1,000V.

Construction

Conductors:

This Lütze cable conductor is made of bare copper. Copper is used for this application because of its amazing electrical properties and flexibility.

Insulation:

The Lütze cable has special TPE insulation, which is resistant to chemicals and extreme temperatures. 

Jacket:

The servo wire has a special-PUR jacket, which is resistant to oils and chemicals.

Shield:

The servo wire has a tinned copper shield with an optical cover approx. 85%.
